Our final meeting before a summer break.
Hi everyone
Our next writing group is on Thursday night (we always meet on the last Thurs of the month) at 6.30pm.
As I explained in this post, this will be our last meeting until September, due to the demands of writing Ultra Processed Women against the clock. I now have just over 2 months to go til the deadline, and the question of whether or not I will make it in time preoccupies me pretty much constantly! Thank you for your support and for bearing with me during this epic challenge!
What will be our focus in this week’s writing group? I invite you to share your needs, thoughts, questions and ideas in the comments below and as usual I will try to weave something useful out of them!
A few points:
All are welcome, including newcomers.
Bring a pen and paper
We often have the odd baby or small person in the background and are fine with that.
We spend time writing together as well as sharing thoughts / work.
Light a candle if you wish to show you are bringing the fire!
