Hi all. Apologies to you amd to myself for missing the workshop. I continue to have problems focussimg on my writing while still getting well and strengthening my muscles, which have wasted due to age ,& hospital trestment of Covid plus pneumonia 6 months ago. Finally getting regular gym sessions that have picked me up physically and emotionally. This coming month I will aim for establishimg rputime and imclude daily writing just for myself.
